• Care selection: Access to doctor profiles, hospital profiles, and treatment-based discovery
• Wellness and allied care: Yoga & wellness providers, physiotherapists, and dietitians
• Membership plans: Including free membership signup and benefits
• My Care Dashboard: A single place to manage your care journey and assessment history
• Free consultations and information: Facilitating connections to providers; we do not provide medical advice or treatment

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Healnixa, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healnixa and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties on our platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
