- Discovery and usage: Search and filter preferences, pages you view (e.g. hospitals, doctors), and location if you use location-based features (e.g. providers near you or city-based discovery).
- Membership: Plan choice and signup details when you join a membership plan.
- Communications: Messages you send to us for support or contact.

We may share information with service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, OTP and authentication) under strict agreements that limit use to providing services to us. We do not sell your personal or health data.
Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Assessment and care history are retained in line with our internal policy and applicable legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data or account; see the section below on "Reviewing, changing or deleting information" or contact our Grievance Officer.
Your Consent or User Consent
By using the website and/or by providing your information, you are giving consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the website by our Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this privacy policy.
